A little about me...
Hi, I’m Rachel, and I help people feel their best through food, movement, sleep and balanced living. A few years ago, I hit a wall of stress, exhaustion, and perfectionism. Even with my lifelong interest in health—and years working as a clinician in the NHS—I was under-nourished, out of shape, and constantly busy, until burnout forced me to slow down.
That challenging period became a turning point. I decided to follow my passion and trained as a chef with a focus on culinary nutrition, learning how to combine the science of nourishment with the joy of delicious, wholesome meals.
This journey showed me how enjoyable, nourishing food can be at the heart of wellbeing. I then trained as a Health and Wellness Coach, following my passion for helping others feel their best.
Having worked in the NHS, I have seen first-hand how lifestyle choices impact health, but I also know that many decisions are shaped by factors beyond our control. My aim isn’t to judge, but to empower. I help people make the best choices they can, so they can feel well, nurture their health, and live the life they truly want—not just free from illness, but thriving in genuine, sustainable wellbeing.

I'm a foodie, I love to cook and the proud owner of approximately 300 cookbooks
I love to spend time outside, in my garden-allotment, in the countryside and especially by the sea
My three favourite things are crime/thriller novels, super-dark chocolate and really long baths
