HEALTH & ENERGY ASSESSMENT
We’ll begin with a gentle Health Check-In to uncover the habits, routines, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your health. By the end of our session, you’ll have clear, easy-to-follow steps you can start implementing right away — giving you confidence and a sense of direction for improving your wellbeing.
HEALTH COACHING
You'll have the opportunity to experience how health coaching works in practice. Together we will explore what matters to you, what is getting in the way and how health coaching could support you in reaching your goals.
HOW DOES HEALTH COACHING WORK?
STEP ONE
First, we’ll take a clear look at where you are and where you want to be. We’ll review your current health and wellness, explore any obstacles, and define your vision and health goals.
STEP TWO
Together, we’ll create a health and wellness plan that’s made just for you. We’ll turn your goals into small, manageable steps that feel motivating and achievable, and I’ll be there to guide, encourage, and cheer you on every step of the way.
STEP THREE
As we move forward, we’ll track your progress, celebrate your successes, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure lasting results. You’ll gain confidence and feel empowered to take charge of your own health, supporting sustainable change. In our final session, we’ll focus on the future, creating a strategy to maintain and build on the progress you’ve achieved.
