I’m Rachel, a Health and Wellness Coach who believes that true wellness comes from the everyday decisions we make about how we eat, move, rest, and live. It’s not about perfection or extremes—it’s about making sustainable choices that nourish your body, mind, and life. I’m passionate about helping people move forward from feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed to making practical, empowering lifestyle changes that restore energy, bring vitality and support long-term health.
